2015-11-07 Phillip Halford gives the Intercessory PrayerIntercessory Prayer was led by Phillip Halford and included:
* Can we have the faith that God will answer our prayers to heal?  God’s timing is not the same as ours, he has eternity. We do know him but he does things in his own way and his own time.
*What words can we say to glorify you? You know us and we do pray to you.  We don’t have the understanding as we pray for people, but we should keep praying and have the patience to wait for you. Please strengthen our faith.
*We ask your special help and comfort for Irene and her family. We also
pray for all the widows and widowers in our congregation. They will
understand how the Wilson family feel.
*We ask you also to comfort the family of Lowell Blackwell.

Please continue to help Graham Mitchell, George Campbell, Linda and
Wolfgang Thompson and Bill Condley.
*There are many others here with problems. You know who they are and all
of their details and you have a love for them. You understand as you let  your son die for us. Please help us to cope with our trials, and let your will be done. Thank you for all you do for us.

Hymn 4 – Morning Has Broken
Hymn 5 – Here is Love Vast as the Ocean

2015-11-07 Mike Barlow reads 'For The Fallen' & shares ReflectionsThe Message was given by Mike Barlow:
Do we have the mind of Christ? 1 Corinthians 2:14. God has an individual plan for us. We all have different gifts and talents which can be used to benefit our church. He also has a purpose for us to have the mind of Christ and to think and love like him. The first fruit of the spirit is  love. Galations 5:22-23. All these elements come from love. We must have  them before we can love others. This is God’s nature.
1 John 4:8. God is love. Chapter 3:2 tells us that it has not been revealed yet what we shall be, but sometime in the future we will be like him. We shall see him as he is. We are to be a living sacrifice and try our best to live our lives as God would like us to. Romans 12:1-2. We know that we let down and sin and fail, but we are to let our minds be transformed and renewed. Our Christian life is a refining process  like the refining of pure gold and silver. We find this process difficult as we naturally resist changes.  Ephesians 6:12. God will help us. 2 Corinthians 10:4-5. We must put on the whole armour of God as listed in Ephesians 6:10-18, with special emphasis on prayer. Be strong and stand firm. God will complete his work in us.

The Final Hymn was Thine is the Glory, after whih the Closing Prayer was led by Winston Bothwell.
