The Watford Congregation will meet in-person this Saturday 22 January 2022 for our blended service. We will be zooming tomorrows’ service from St. Peter’s Church in Watford on the new link for 2022 that can be found on the gracecom.church website under Local Virtual Services, but here is the link for your convenience: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88922633763?pwd=UXpUV1Q5aEJ1Kzg2bjU5N2w3U3lldz09
We request that you continue wearing masks for the time being until St. Peters inform us that it is no longer required by the Church of England as well as their Church Council.

This Service is during the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity. Although sadly, because of the pandemic, Churches Together in Watford and Garston will not be marking the Week of Prayer in the usual way with joint meetings each day during the week, our Watford Service will use Day 7s theme of ‘The Search for Unity’ within this years’ overall theme of  ‘We Saw His Star In The East…’
While we have traditionally held our Service on the middle Saturday and invited others in Churches Together to join us for our Service and afterwards for our ‘Breakfast’ in the Tea Room, it will just be our own congregation on this occasion, althought we will have refreshments together after the Service for those who wish to come into the refreshment room. There may still be those who are not comfortable meeting together so we understand if you prefer to continue on zoom or not join for refreshments after the Service. We look forward hopefully to seeing you there on 22 January.

Watford’s Local Bible Study will be at 7:30 on Friday 21st January. This time will be zoom only while we re-evaluate when to begin again with in-person meetings. We are going through 1 Peter and will be looking in-depth this time at the last part of 1 Peter 2. Please join us on the new regular Watford Congregation link for 2022:  https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83018854282?pwd=NGRMYVNRT0t2c2dXWm4vRXBMR1F3dz09

There are still other GCI UK congregations also providing Zoom services and you will be able to find these zoom links on the UK Church website www.gracecom.church under the Local Virtual Services link if you would like to join up with them. And nationally there is still a youtube Sermon provided each Sunday at 11am, a Youtube Bible Study at 7:30pm now every other Wednesday, and on the alternate Wednesdays a Zoom Prayer Meeting, which are open to all.  The live-stream youtube messages will also be uploaded as videos (and audio files) in the archive for people who are not able to join at the time the broadcast and here is the link to past broadcasts:  https://gracecom.church/media/live_stream_archive/index.php
These options will make it possible for you to join others to worship together virtually if you are not able or comfortable attending in person.
